Seahorses

The teaching section of Epsom District Swimming Club for children from 4 to 18 years old with lessons in Epsom, Ashtead and Leatherhead.

We offer

  • Helpers in the water with non swimmers
  • Adult Lessons
  • All our teachers are ASA qualified with lifesaver qualifications and DBS checked


Many of our teachers and helpers are former or current competitive swimmers with the Club with a real understanding of swimming and a commitment to the Club and all its swimmers.In recent years, "Seahorses" have gone on to become County Champions.

Training sessions with more advanced stroke work and greater distances further developing strength, stamina and speed. Suitable for swimmers wanting to move to the competitive squads or for those wanting to swim for fitness and leisure.
